Compact Board
High density wood fiber board. It is an ideal board to withstand high humidity exposure and resistance to the passage of time without altering its properties. It resists bending and impact. These properties make it possible for the board to be a high quality product, easy to work and machine without the need for special tools.
The meaning of HPL is High Pressure Laminate, a board composed of several layers or sheets of cellulose impregnated with phenolic resins, which are subjected to high pressures and high temperatures. It is also called stratified or compact board.
It is the typical board that we can find in the lockers of gym locker rooms.
